Who runs this, and what is real today
One Washington corporation, one autonomous system, one operator. The network is live and you can check it without asking us. The colocation is not built. This page is the difference between those two sentences, written out rather than implied.

This is a pre-launch interest register. Nothing here is a quote, no capacity is reserved, and no service is being sold today.
The company
Andrii Cloud is a registered trade name of Andrii Co., a Washington for-profit corporation, UBI 604505773. The mailing address is 11826 NE 167th St, Bothell WA 98011-5456 and the published number is +1 877 987 7987. It is a voice line: call us — we don't text.
The same corporation runs a Washington notary practice at andrii.co. That is not a coincidence to be glossed over — it is where the three languages come from, it is why the phone reaches a person, and it is why the records-retention language on the managed lines reads the way it does. One company, one set of books, two lines of work.
There is no walk-in office, no reception and no sales floor. Everything happens by email, on the phone, and eventually on the floor of a building we do not hold space in yet.
What is registered, and what you can check yourself
None of this is ours to edit on your behalf, which is the whole reason it is worth listing. Every line is a record somebody else holds.

The network page names the three public places to check all of it. If one of them disagrees with a sentence on this site, the registry is right and we owe you a correction.
What is real today, and what is not
Real: the autonomous system, the address space, the routing policy, the IRR objects, the ROAs, and nodes on two continents running all of it. That part is not a plan — it has been in production for a while and it is visible from outside.
Not real: the colocation. We hold no cabinet, we are not a participant at the Seattle Internet Exchange, and no rack unit has been sold, reserved or quoted to anybody. When we describe a shape we are describing something we intend to build, and the pages that describe them say so at the top and at the bottom.
We will not name a launch date. Two gates decide it — written quotes and verification first, demand second — and until both close a date would be a guess with a calendar drawn around it. Registering interest is what moves the second one.
One operator, said out loud
This is a one-operator business, and that is a real risk rather than a charming detail. If the operator is unavailable there is nobody else on call. What we do about it is written down instead of promised: every procedure in this estate has a runbook, a remote-hands arrangement covers the hands we cannot be, and the first year deliberately carries only products that do not need a human awake at three in the morning.
The operator is based in Bothell, north of the city. Hands-on time depends on traffic, and we do not promise a response time before launch. When there is a service level it will be a document with credits in it that you can read before you sign, not a number on a marketing page — the draft is already published for exactly that reason.

A number a person answers
+1 877 987 7987 is a voice line and it is the only number we publish. It does not accept SMS and it never will — call us, we don't text.

A network before a building
A Seattle ASN already running BGP on two continents, building per-U colocation at the Westin. AS402801 announces its own IPv6 /48s out of an ARIN /40 allocation — it does not originate the /40.
